I’ve been presented with the opportunity to have a giveaway for my readers. The website csn.com contacted me about this and I thought why not! Everyone loves a freebie! I’ll let you know the winner by Friday of this week. Now, in all honesty, I’ve never shopped on this website. I checked the site to make sure it’s legit, but we’re on the decline from shopping for home necessities. I’ve been trying to curb my spending habits!

Last night, my dad and I dropped off two chairs and fabric at the upholsterer. They should take a couple weeks, so I’m hoping to have them back before Thanksgiving. I did a bit of touch-up painting in the office, but that’s about all we accomplished except for calling iPhone. I know people love their iPhone, and I’m so happy with most of its capabilities, but one important function doesn’t work: the phone. The frustrating part is that Jord’s works and mine doesn’t. We went to AT&T last week but they couldn’t do anything as it’s been more than 30 days since we purchased the phones, so we called iPhone and they sent me a new case that’s supposed to improve reception. The case arrived on Friday and I gave it a few days, but I’m still at one bar with lots of dropped calls. So they are now sending me a replacement. Hopefully I won’t get another lemon!
